  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and product-related events to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team documentation, including product backlogs, action trackers, release calendars, stakeholder registers, and product artefacts.
  • Assist with internal comms, presentations, and stakeholder updates to maintain transparency and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Support the collection, collation, and organisation of feedback or requests from stakeholders and users to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of help content and internal knowledge base to enhance user enablement and support.
  • Collaborate on the preparation of reports, dashboards, and executive updates to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned actions to ensure delivery progresses smoothly and efficiently.
