We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Product Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong background in technical support.

About the Role:

\

This role will involve working closely with customers, dealers, contractors, and internal teams to provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment range. You will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs, collaborating with suppliers and brand partners, and assisting with product testing and new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Providing daily technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment range
  • Creating and delivering training programs for customers, sales reps, and partners
  • Collaborating with suppliers and brand partners to stay on top of technical developments
  • Assisting with product testing, prototype evaluations, and new product introductions
  • Building and maintaining a detailed library of product specs, service info, and technical resources
  • Tracking product performance and proactively identifying improvement opportunities

Requirements:

\

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a basic understanding of petrol/diesel engines, mechanical systems, and electrical/hydraulic equipment. You will also need to possess strong communication skills, confidence presenting to all types of audiences, an analytical mindset, and the ability to interpret service manuals and technical documentation. Additionally, you should be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have solid Microsoft Office skills.
