Job Opportunity:As a Medication Aide, you play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care that makes a real difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications according to physician orders and state guidelines.
- Monitor residents for responses to medications and report any concerns.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Accurately document medication administration and care activities.
- Support individualized care plans alongside nurses and caregivers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and uplifting environment.
- Contribute to a positive resident experience through professional, compassionate care.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program.
- Current MA-C and STNA license in the State of Ohio.
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A patient, warm, and resident-first mindset.
