Real Estate Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead our residential property management team in Sydney. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of properties, nurturing new and existing landlord relationships, conducting inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and preparing property condition reports.

To excel in this role, the successful candidate will have a solid background in residential property management, with a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence. They will also possess strong relationship building and conflict resolution skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail and first-class communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with local market conditions and have knowledge of REST, Filesmart, Inspection Manager or Inspect Real Estate. They will also have a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage a well-maintained portfolio of properties
  • Nurture new and existing landlord relationships
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Prepare property condition reports
  • Negotiate leases and conduct rent reviews

In return, the successful candidate can expect to work alongside a seasoned Department Head, enjoying a well-resourced department with full leasing, accounts, and admin support.
