**Responsibilities**:

- Execution of tenancy agreements and associated documents
- Organise repairs and maintenance to managed properties and inspect where necessary
- Organise and conduct periodic inspections, condition reports and vacating inspections
- Carry out rent reviews and track rent arrears
- Attend meetings and training as directed
- Maintain professional communication with Landlords and Tenants
- Follow property management compliance, company policies and procedures

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Must be deadline driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a 'can do' attitude.
- Highly organized and reliable with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proactive and positive attitude
