**Club Operations Manager Position Overview**

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a high-performing fitness club, ensuring exceptional member experiences and maintaining a culture of excellence.

Job Description:

As a Club Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the club's overall performance and operations. This includes overseeing the management of staff, implementing effective systems and processes, and driving business results through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, including facilities maintenance, customer service, and member engagement.
  • Business Performance: Analyze and report on key business metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of delivering business results.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of fitness club operations, including staff management, facilities maintenance, and customer service.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, members, and stakeholders.
