Imagine a role where you're responsible for driving the overall performance and operations of our fitness clubs.
The Opportunity:This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, overseeing the day-to-day activities of our state-of-the-art facilities. You will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality services and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
- Lead and manage a large-scale fitness club with over 3000 members, including multiple departments and staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, retention, and financial performance.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to department heads, promoting their growth and development.
- Manage staff rosters, approving leave and payroll, and ensuring adequate staffing levels during operating hours.
- Utilize internal software systems to track key metrics and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Plan and execute events, such as open days and challenges, to engage members and promote our brand.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in managing large-scale fitness clubs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a big-box gym environment.
- Proven ability to drive growth and improve financial performance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- A growth mindset, with a passion for fitness and sales.
- Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles, with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
