Overview
HR Coordinator role at Live Nation APAC. The HR Coordinator is the backbone of HR operations, serving as the first point of contact for HR-related process and administration enquiries across ANZ, while providing hands-on support for employees based in the Collingwood office.
This is a people-facing role requiring in-office presence 5 days a week while learning, with a discussion possible for hybrid arrangements later (one day a week from home, with flexibility to come in as required).

The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator supports HR operations and administration for ANZ and assists employees in the Collingwood office.
What you'll be doing
Performance & Systems: Keep Workday (HRIS) and Culture Amp platforms running smoothly, ensuring compliance, supporting and training employees, leading the annual performance review process, and driving improvements.
Employee Lifecycle: Manage a high volume of contracts and letters, assist in the final stages of recruitment, own onboarding and offboarding experiences, administer benefits, maintain filing systems, and ensure seamless HR administration.
HR Support: Be the first point of contact for HR process and administration queries, maintain up-to-date HR documents, lead HR reporting, drive the learning & development program, manage workplace health & safety, and support recruitment when needed.
Culture & Projects: Assist with logistics and execution of social events, wellbeing initiatives, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, and help implement ideas to shape the employee experience.
Who you are
HR experience and/or study is not essential, but a strong interest in learning about HR, willingness to take on a new challenge, and care for people are a must. We can teach you everything you need to know about HR along the way.
Ideally you have worked in roles with high administrative duties, such as HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, Receptionist, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar. Experience in a national or multinational business and/or fast-paced environments is highly regarded.
