Job Overview

The role of an HR Systems Administrator involves delivering system changes to support employee work life cycle events, daily system maintenance, and conducting routine system transactions.

Main Responsibilities
  • System Changes: Deliver timely updates to support employee work life cycle events.
  • Daily System Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy and timely execution of existing or new applications.
  • Routine System Transactions: Conduct regular system checks following standard operating procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze daily work and identify opportunities for improvement initiatives.
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries with professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
  • Documentation: Develop and communicate job aids, end user operating guides, and business processes.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate systemic issues by recognizing increases in certain call or request types.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems such as SAP and Workday.
  • Able to learn new complex systems quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to drive processes and deliver high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of initiative and urgency.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and trust throughout the organization.
