Strategic Product Lead

We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Product Lead to join our Canberra-based client in a six-month contract with potential extensions of up to two years.

This opportunity allows you to make a tangible impact on our client's success by developing a long-term vision for their system and leading the implementation of that strategy.

Australian citizens who can obtain a Baseline security clearance will be considered for this role.

  • Identify future system needs and develop strategic plans to address them based on business priorities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure user feedback informs the product roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain the product backlog to maximise value and ensure it is traceable to the minimum viable product (MVP).
  • Support business change activities to encourage adoption of the system.
  • Manage user testing activities to assess the effectiveness of system or platform changes from the user's perspective.

Previous experience working with Federal Government clients is desirable but not essential.
