The ideal candidate will play a leading role in driving market success for our Customer & Industry Workflow products. You'll oversee strategic relationship management for assigned accounts, develop sales strategies, and lead virtual teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop global growth strategies for assigned accounts, including resource allocation and regional sales plans
  • Establish relationships with C-suite executives across CIWF product(s) and CIWF multi-workflow solution(s)
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting counterparts to deliver 'art of the possible' demonstrations and showcases
  • Develop clear roadmaps and build capabilities across clients and our teams
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their existing and future customer engagement & operations roadmap
  • Lead opportunities and collaborate with Core Sales Teams and other Solution Areas

Requirements:

  • Experience in solution sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor
  • Understanding of CRM or CX solution-related business processes and workflows
  • Leadership experience in virtual or matrixed teams, driving growth and success
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for prospective clients
  • 7+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization, with a proven track record of success
