Product Visionary

About the Role:

The Product Visionary has overall responsibility for delivering a product or service that meets end-users' needs.

They work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders to create the product vision and set priorities.

  • Manage expectations and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a product or service.
  • Develop strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively and articulate solutions to complex situations.
  • Refine user stories with sufficient detail and clear acceptance criteria.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex situations.
  • Sound judgement and ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Developing and refining user stories.
  • Establishing and cultivating productive internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Knowledge and Experience:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing understanding, experience in, or knowledge of the Product Owner role.
  • Experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams within a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
  • A strong understanding of the exports process as it relates to export documentation.

Security Clearance:

This position requires a Baseline Vetting security clearance. You will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.

Pre-employment Check:

Your suitability for employment will be assessed through a pre-employment screening process. This process includes a requirement to undergo and satisfy a National Police Check, referee checks, character clearance, and where required, a pre-employment medical assessment, specified mandatory qualification(s) validation, and a probation period of 6 months.
