Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to drive the delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires leading medium-sized projects from design to deployment, architecting scalable solutions, writing and reviewing code, and mentoring junior engineers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-sized projects with technical excellence, ensuring secure, scalable solutions.
  • Solve complex technical challenges, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Write and review maintainable code and documentation.
  • Design solutions with system-wide impact, considering scalability, performance, and security.
  • Contribute to architecture standards, system health, and tech debt resolution.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with squads and Product Owners to align with business needs.

Requirements

  • Experience designing software for scale and growth.
  • Expertise in common Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
  • Proficient in designing scalable software solutions using TypeScript/JavaScript and React.
  • Strong experience working in cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Tech).
  • Hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices and CI/CD.
  • Experience with Microservices architecture and cloud-based systems.
