About the Role

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a pivotal position in our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for spearheading programs designed to drive social change and build/protect corporate brand reputation.

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact, working closely with clients, senior business leaders, and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, you will provide counsel to clients and adapt programs to respond effectively to the evolving landscape.
  • You will also play a central role in new business development and team management, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A proven track record of providing public relations consulting advice to leading companies.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in corporate communications, with a strong background in corporate brand profiling, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and social change programs.
  • The ability to project manage communication programs for top-tier businesses and brands, work collaboratively with partners, and mentor others within the team.
  • The confidence to develop and present ideas to peers and clients, while possessing strong media and stakeholder relations skills.
  • A keen sense of what drives news and social responsibility agendas, as well as a curious and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills in content development.
  • A strong team player mindset, with a passion for collaboration and mutual support.
