Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Services Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality facilities management services.
Job Description:
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting facilities management activities and capital works projects at our institution. They will work closely with the Facilities Services Manager to ensure seamless delivery of these projects and provide expert advice on facilities management matters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting facilities management activities, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
- Working collaboratively with the Facilities Services Manager to deliver capital works projects.
- Providing guidance and support to staff and stakeholders on facilities management matters.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong customer service focus and ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license.
