**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to support the facilities management team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the tactical delivery of assigned properties and providing exceptional service to our clients.

  • Procurement and Vendor Oversight
  • Financial Administration
  • Health and Safety Compliance
  • Site Operations Coordination
  • Risk Management

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in facilities, property management or related field
  • Understanding of technical aspects of property maintenance (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, Building Management System)
  • Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to manage diverse groups effectively
  • Proficiency in work order management systems
  • Clearance to work with children in NSW, or ability to obtain one
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically
  • Effective stakeholder management, including contractors
