Are you ready to lead the charge in a fully virtual sales environment?
A pharmaceutical sales leader with prior experience is sought after to spearhead our new national virtual sales team. You will lead and inspire a team of sales representatives, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring alignment with our high-performance culture. Our company thrives on collaboration, integrity, and delivering real value to customers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales results and leading by example in a virtual or hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Drive a high standard of virtual customer engagement through effective coaching and feedback
  • Conduct team performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and build individual development plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with prior leadership or team coaching experience highly regarded
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and leading by example in a virtual or hybrid environment
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a passion for mentoring and team development
