Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to join our team in the Asia Pacific region.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our business, managing the intake process for new enablement requests, project planning, and execution of product-related enablement initiatives across APAC markets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage structured intake processes for new enablement requests, evaluating business impact and aligning with strategic priorities.
  • Create comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies for all product-related enablement initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis for product launches and enhancements to identify required support.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies, track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate regular communication with product teams, sales leadership, and market stakeholders to align on priorities and provide project status updates.
  • Collaborate on the development of product-specific learning architectures that reflect the sales process and customer engagement model.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for product enablement initiatives and report on effectiveness and business impact.
