Key Performance Areas

Deliver high-quality accounting and tax services to a diverse client base, working closely with client managers to drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios across various industries, providing expert guidance and support to ensure timely delivery of reports and statements.
  • Develop and implement accounting and tax solutions for companies, partnerships, and trusts, utilizing technical expertise to address complex financial issues.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, cashflow statements, and working papers for clients, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to consulting matters, providing tax advice and guidance to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with junior team members, providing feedback, coaching, and delegation to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting) or similar undergraduate qualification.
  • Completed professional certification – CA, CPA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in public practice accounting.
  • Desirable experience in professional services and exposure to medium and large businesses with multiple entities.
  • Strong motivation for self-development and career progression.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
