About the Role:

  • Lead the finance accounting and administration teams
  • Support delivery of financial targets through strategic guidance, delivering insightful reporting and recommendations to drive actions, efficiency and cost reduction
  • Interpret, guide and support budget holders and others to make informed financial & commercial decisions
  • Provide meaningful data and recommended actions in simple-to-understand formats
  • Identify strategic opportunities for the School
  • Develop short, medium, and long-term financial plans to support the requirements of delivering strategy and financial targets, including long-term capital modelling

About You:

  • A qualified accountant with contemporary technical accounting skills
  • Aligned to the School's strategic imperatives (substantiation, progression, inclusivity, collaboration, and ethicality) and character (courageous, curious and compassionate)
  • Action-oriented and able to build positive and professional relationships
