">Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled Category Leader to join our team and drive growth across the Confectionery & Healthy Snacking categories. Your primary focus will be on crafting and executing strategies that deliver customer-centric, sustainable growth while surpassing sales and profit targets.
">Craft and Execute- Develop and deliver compelling category plans that address evolving customer needs and ensure we stay ahead of market trends.
- Work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure we're always ahead of the curve.
- Build and nurture long-lasting supplier partnerships, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements that drive value for both our customers and the business.
- Lead your team with passion and energy, empowering them to create high-performing, customer-first solutions that resonate across all areas of the business.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, leveraging customer insights and market trends to optimize product offerings and increase market share.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
