About The Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive brand growth through effective media, PR and digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement broader brand and product strategies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and work closely with commercial teams to ensure effective retail material implementation.
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and protect the brand identity.
  • Analyze consumer and market insights to inform new product development and present findings to senior management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive business performance through strong foundations and quick reaction to changing trends.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market context and trends, identifying opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Lead launches and drive growth of key products using expertise in product, market, and consumer insights.
About You
  • You have experience in end-to-end marketing brand execution & trade marketing.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the beauty or retail industry is desirable, with an understanding of luxury retail/beauty brands.
  • Familiarity with forecasting and data analytics is essential.
  • Experience dealing with media agencies and briefings is also necessary.
  • You possess excellent communication skills to engage and interact with various stakeholders.
  • You are self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently to achieve results.
