The Merchandising team is crucial to our success, understanding consumer needs and market capacity to create the right product mix for the ANZ marketplace. From physical stores to online platforms, this team brings seasonal category visions to life.
We're looking for a skilled individual to drive growth for leading global brands. As a merchandising specialist, you will excel in understanding local and global market consumer trends to build profitable, consumer-centric assortments for the ANZ market.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Global and Regional brand principles to drive key brand strategies in the market.
- Conducting continuous review of the marketplace in collaboration with sales, commercial, and direct-to-consumer functions.
- Developing relevant, consumer-centric assortments for the marketplace via channel and segmentation models.
- Establishing robust pricing architectures to enhance brand positioning and maximize commercial outcomes.
- Working with key wholesale customers on special projects, seasonal requirements, and product developments.
- Playing a key role in go-to-market (GTM) touchpoints with sales and direct-to-consumer teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the Fashion, Sport, Surf, and Skate marketplaces. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in merchandising within footwear, apparel, or accessories in the consumer product industry is required.
