Service Excellence and People Leadership Executive

The role of Chief Delivery and People Officer sits at the intersection of service excellence and people leadership. This position oversees all aspects of service delivery across the organisation, ensuring internal culture, capability, and structure are aligned to support sustainable performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies that meet client expectations and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor internal delivery teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability.

  • Oversee operational processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for major clients, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and trusted relationships.

Requirements:

  • Significant senior leadership experience in service delivery, account management, operations, and client services.
  • Demonstrated experience leading people and building high performing teams.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, internally and externally.
  • Proven commercial acumen and a track record of delivering operational excellence, focusing on sustainable growth and empowering teams.
