Position Summary:
We are seeking a proficient and enthusiastic Senior Service Advisor. This position entails collaborating within a team of three, including a secondary service advisor and a parts interpreter, while reporting directly to the owner.
Key Duties:
- Conduct general administrative responsibilities and data entry as required.
- Coordinate customer appointments, ensuring comprehensive details regarding their concerns are collected.
- Guarantee that job cards are filled out completely and accurately.
- Delegate tasks to appropriate technicians and optimize workshop resources to prioritize effectively.
- Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion and recommend additional services that can be performed on the same day.
- Keep clients updated on the status of their vehicles.
- Source parts from suppliers nationwide, comparing prices to secure optimal deals.
- Advise and schedule repairs ahead of the next service interval.
- Prepare customer accounts, provide estimates, and inform clients about necessary additional work.
- Follow up with clients to promptly arrange quoted services.
- Act as the primary contact for both customers and suppliers.
About You:

- Possession of a current C Class Driver's Licence.
