Site Manager

">Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with experience in commercial construction projects and mixed-use developments. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.

A key aspect of this role will be to ensure that all site safety protocols are followed, and that staff and contractors are trained and equipped to work safely. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting regular toolbox talks and building strong relationships with stakeholders, staff, trades, suppliers, subcontracts and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience supervising on commercial construction projects and mixed-used developments
  • Excellent understanding of WHSE legislation
  • Strong people management and leadership abilities
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
