Professional Residential Construction Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler/Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating quantity take-offs, scheduling tasks and sub-contractors, creating purchase orders and preparing progress claim schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate quantity take-offs from construction plans
- Schedule tasks and sub-contractors based on project timelines
- Create purchase orders using quotation templates
- Prepare progress claim schedules
- Liaise with subcontractors and building supervisors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Databuild is advantageous
- Able to read and understand construction plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Methodical and organised approach
- Able to work autonomously and efficiently within a team environment
- Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card
