Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERZ Controller to join our team. As an ERZ Controller, you will play a crucial role in providing support services to the Technical Services department.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of holding strong commitment to safety and leading and supervising personnel to meet and improve on planned targets and standards. They will also be responsible for contributing to the daily plan, taking into consideration production strategy, systems, sequence, standards, and timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising personnel to meet and improve on planned targets and standards
  • Contributing to the daily plan, taking into consideration production strategy, systems, sequence, standards, and timeframes
  • Providing specialist operational knowledge to ensure that all statutory requirements are met
  • Proactively maintaining statutory and shift specific documentation, as well as the accurate collection of data
  • Influencing and maintaining a positive team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven previous experience in a similar role within underground mining, a Third Class/Second Class Certificate of competency (minimum), and front line management experience.
