Senior Product Launch Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the launch of new products across various categories. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in trade marketing and a passion for collaboration.

The Senior Product Launch Coordinator will play a crucial part in our product lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches, accurate data management, and effective promotional plans.

  • NPD Management: Collaborate with brand managers and NAMs to align NPD strategies, manage timelines, and ensure readiness for each category review.
  • Category Insights: Work with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium to maintain top-notch scan data and category performance reports, providing actionable insights that inform key strategic decisions.
  • Promotional Planning: Lead the development of promotional plans within Promax, ensuring accurate entry, tracking monthly trade spend, and resolving P&L reporting issues with finance and Wipro.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Growth: Maintain seamless communication across teams, facilitate timely Promax exports, and align on strategies for new product launches, ensuring we meet key milestones while staying within budget.

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Trade marketing experience (not essential)
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG space, preferably in Food and Beverage
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dive into data to uncover valuable insights
  • Experience in category or key account management in Australian grocery markets
  • Proficiency with Nielsen, IRI, and Quantium
