Job Title: Infrastructure Program Director

The Infrastructure Program Director will oversee the Major Infrastructure Program (MIP) Team within a regulatory operations unit. The team is responsible for designing, delivering, and reviewing programs targeting complex infrastructure projects.

The MIP program of work comprises regulating construction projects across Australia that involve high-risk Work Health and Safety (WHS) matters.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, political acumen, and stakeholder management experience. They will be able to identify, address, and escalate risks as appropriate and engage with various stakeholders.

  • Diploma in Work Health and Safety or similar qualification.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry.

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.

This role is available in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Canberra, or Melbourne.
