Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team in creating engaging job descriptions, leveraging social media platforms, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize recruitment spend.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to design and execute successful recruitment strategies, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights that inform business decisions.
  • Possess a growth mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.
