About the Role

The People & Culture Manager plays a pivotal role in driving workforce culture, engagement and capability. As a key member of our team, you will oversee various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, engagement and Learning and Development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of recruitment processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals
  • Leading and mentoring the People & Culture team to drive excellence in their work
  • Building strong, professional stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and trust
  • Driving retention and workforce wellbeing strategies to create a positive work environment
  • Overseeing Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and workplace injury management to ensure a safe working environment
  • Aligning operational goals with our vision and values to drive business success

We're looking for an experienced HR leader with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, business or a related discipline to provide a solid foundation for your role
  • 3 - 5+ years' generalist HR experience to demonstrate your expertise and ability to adapt
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and performance management to ensure you can navigate complex regulations and processes
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor teams to develop their skills and capabilities
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder skills to effectively engage with colleagues and external partners
  • High integrity, confidentiality and emotional intelligence to maintain trust and respect within the organisation

A background in the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission would be beneficial but not essential. We are committed to attracting and retaining top talent who share our values and passion for delivering exceptional results.
