Property Portfolio Manager

The role of Property Portfolio Manager is a dynamic and challenging position that requires exceptional leadership skills to oversee the residential leasing and property management portfolio.

About the Role
This full-time opportunity at our esteemed organization offers the chance to lead, manage, and grow a successful residential leasing and property management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the residential property management lifecycle, including tenant selection, lease negotiations, inspections, maintenance coordination and financial reporting.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, legislation and best practices to ensure full compliance.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and convert them into new property management contracts.
  • Prepare and attend NCAT hearings.
  • Conduct routine and outgoing inspections.
  • Arrears management.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • SIGNIFICANT experience (2+ years) in residential property management, with a proven track record of growing a successful portfolio.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills to effectively engage with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities to juggle multiple properties and priorities.
  • Detailed knowledge of property management legislation, regulations and best practices in NSW.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
  • You must have a Certificate of Registration or License.
  • Own reliable vehicle.
