
Senior Property Manager

Situated in Ingleburn, this position will see you managing all aspects of the property management lifecycle, from securing new landlord clients to overseeing the day-to-day operations of an established portfolio.
What you'll be doing Managing all aspects of the residential property management lifecycle, including tenant selection, lease negotiations, inspections, maintenance coordination and financial reporting Delivering exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, legislation and best practices to ensure full compliance Proactively identifying new business opportunities and converting them into new property management contracts Preparing and attending NCAT hearings Conducting routine and outgoing inspections Arrears management What we're looking for Significant experience (2+ years) in residential property management, with a proven track record of growing a successful portfolio Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills to effectively engage with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities to juggle multiple properties and priorities Detailed knowledge of property management legislation, regulations and best practices in NSW A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and delivering results You must have a Certificate of Registration or License Own reliable vehicle What we offer At Raine and Horne Ingleburn, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
