This is a challenging role that requires exceptional leadership and property management skills. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for leading a dynamic residential leasing and property management portfolio, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

About the Role:

">
  • Managing all aspects of the residential property management lifecycle, including tenant selection, lease negotiations, inspections, maintenance coordination and financial reporting
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both landlords and tenants to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, legislation and best practices to ensure full compliance
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities and converting them into new property management contracts
  • Preparing and attending NCAT hearings
  • Conducting routine and outgoing inspections
  • Arrears management

Requirements:

">
  • Significant experience (2+ years) in residential property management, with a proven track record of growing a successful portfolio
  • Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills to effectively engage with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities to juggle multiple properties and priorities
  • Detailed knowledge of property management legislation, regulations and best practices in NSW
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and delivering results
  • You must have a Certificate of Registration or License
  • Own reliable vehicle
