About the Role

As a highly skilled Technical IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and decommissioning EUC IT hardware, including monitors, laptops, desktop PCs, and accessories. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.

You will be working with a team of professionals who share your passion for IT and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical support to clients, ensuring that their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively;
  • To deploy and decommission EUC IT hardware, including monitors, laptops, desktop PCs, and accessories;
  • To troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • To maintain accurate records of all activities and tasks completed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least one to two years of experience as an IT Technician;
  • A TAFE or higher qualification in IT or a related field;
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills;
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop;
  • Experience with IT hardware and systems, preferably with a focus on deployment and decommissioning.
