ONCALL Group Australia is a leading provider of quality services in the Disability and Community Services Sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant and Analyst to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional services expert to transition into a leadership role in our finance department. As a Financial Accountant and Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and making a significant impact on our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department, overseeing financial transactions and reporting.
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks, implementing effective risk management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, measure performance, and evaluate financial efficacy of business initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
  • Maintain strong relationships with operations and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting.
  • A recognised Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant.
  • Tenacity, passion, and pace – a strong business partnering opportunity.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis/reporting within a commercial business partnering capacity.
  • Strong focus on process improvement and driving efficiencies.
  • Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of financial reporting packages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
