Senior Debt Associate - Real Estate Investment Manager

Our client is a leading Global Investment Manager with a strong presence in the Australian market. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Debt Associate to join their team and contribute to the growth and success of their Real Estate Debt business.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate loan investments and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Debt to prepare and coordinate IC papers for new investment opportunities.
  • Prepare term sheet documentation and review legal documentation for transactions.
  • Manage the full cycle of deal execution, including relationship management and covenant monitoring.
  • Assist with third-party capital raising initiatives and maintain strong external networks and relationships across the debt market.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in Real Estate Debt markets, funds management, or banking industries. Key skills include financial modeling, report writing, and strong communication skills.
