We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Debt Markets Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a Senior Debt Markets Specialist, you will be responsible for providing specialized client support and guidance on debt markets, including fixed income and money market dealing.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Services: Provide client support and guidance on debt markets, including fixed income and money market dealing.
  • Client Onboarding/AML: Onboard new clients and maintain existing clients' records in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Perform day-to-day functions, including monitoring client requests and resolving queries within SLAs.
  • Compliance: Operate the business in compliance with regulations, policies, and service agreements.
  • Participate in internal business projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert and contributor.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 3 years' experience in client services, client account management, and debt markets.
  • Degree in Economics, Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Industry knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Professional communication and strong written and verbal skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy in MS Office and CRM solutions.
