Our ideal candidate will have solid experience and exposure to M&A transactions, as well as a strong background in Corporate Advisory/Mergers & Acquisitions with a mid-market focus. They will be able to work collaboratively in a team, including delegating to and assisting with the development of junior lawyers.

Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contracts, providing sound, pragmatic, and innovative legal advice to the firm's corporate clients, and having excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
