## **Responsibilities**

As a Debt Capital Markets Associate, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of the DCM franchise in the Australian and New Zealand market. You will have the opportunity to cover a portfolio of clients, build close relationships with the teams onshore and within the organization more broadly on a regional and global basis.

The Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team is a part of the Investment Banking Division which sits within the broader Global Banking & Advisory unit of Societe Generale. The team is responsible for addressing borrowers' needs in terms of raising and managing capital in the debt capital markets.

## **Profile Required**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in finance and/or a professional financial qualification
  • At least 3-5 years of DCM experience in origination, with experience in investment grade capital markets
  • Experience contributing to origination and managing execution of offshore bonds for Australian and New Zealand borrowers, primarily in EUR, GBP and USD
  • Product knowledge: EUR & GBP bonds (Global and RegS), USD bonds (SEC-registered, 144A, Reg S and Reg D), Private Placements (all currencies)
