Debt Recovery Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at KBH Solutions in Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate payment of outstanding debts and arrange suitable payment plans for commercial clients.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service through building and maintaining relationships.
  3. Drive the legal process for debt collection.
  4. Draft court documentation and enforce judgements.
  5. Manage matters including litigation, letters, calls, and search tools.
  6. Achieve revenue targets and service standards.
  7. Complete reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Debt recovery experience ideally within a commercial environment.
  2. Experience in debt recovery litigation and knowledge of legal processes preferred but not required.
  3. Strong negotiation, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
  4. Sound knowledge of Privacy, UCCC, and Legislative requirements.
  5. Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word.
