Project Management Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead our project management practice, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project management team, driving continuous enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain project management standards, best practices, and templates to ensure consistent project delivery across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project requirements are understood, expectations are managed, and communication channels are effective.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in developing project management capability frameworks.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, leading and delivering complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
