**About this role**:
Become the new Practice Manager for one of Australia's most recognized architecture practices. Having expanded greatly over the past two years, this practice is now looking for a practice manager who can assist with introducing software to streamline the processes of scheduling and resourcing, as well as, helping with QA compliance. Consistently liaising with associates, you will be helping them manage their workload.

Alongside operations, you will be supporting with HR and Staffing, involved with recruitment procedure and performance reviews. Its importance you have the confidence to use your own innovative to make operational decisions, and always making sure you are working to achieve the best for the practice.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Introduce and implement a staff programming software into the practice and manage all aspects of this.
- Help associates with workload and consistently monitor project allocations
- Manage yearly QA compliance check.
- Supporting with HR and staffing needs; recruitment, on boarding and performance reviews.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Similar position held in the architecture/interior design industry.
- Deep understanding of the architecture process and ability to forecast scheduling and resourcing.
- Clear and effective communication - written, verbal and face/face
- Be willing to support across all aspects of the business.
