Job Title: Policy Services Consultant

Overview

This is a 12-month maximum term role based in Melbourne working full time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

You will spend the first six months in our office completing supervised training and earning your ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification.

Following this period, hybrid work arrangements will be offered, aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality support to clients and agency partners by processing insurance renewals, endorsements, and debt management across a portfolio of representatives.
  2. Underwrite risks within your delegation, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and monitor the quality of submissions.
  3. Process tasks, manage workflows, coordinate post-outs, handle inbound calls from clients and internal stakeholders, and manage debt.
