Insurance Policy Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Policy Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operational matters relating to death, total and permanent disability (TP&D), and income protection insurance policies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough investigations into complex queries and ensuring timely resolution;
- Oversight of operational processes - developing and implementing business rules; preparing regular reports;
- Incident reporting - preparing detailed reports on insurance-related incidents;
- Policy updates - ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory changes by updating insurance policies, Product Disclosure Statements (PDS), and Statement of Employer Nomination (SEN) content;
- Continuous improvement - reviewing member experience through claims and underwriting processes, case management, and communications;
- Project delivery - supporting the delivery of project initiatives based on ongoing requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt. A solid understanding of superannuation and insurance industry regulations is essential.
