Job Description

In our Home Health service, we provide ongoing care for our Elders in their homes, ensuring their comfort and dignity.

This role involves empowering our Elders to live independently by performing Personal Care duties, such as showering, feeding and toileting, and assisting with oral medication.

The role also requires providing social support, accompanying clients to doctor appointments, shopping and social outings, as well as assisting with domestic tasks like cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.

This is an opportunity to work close to your community, enjoy additional leave days, and receive paid parental leave. You will have access to all necessary equipment, including a smartphone and uniform.
