About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the delivery of civil packages and associated electrical projects for onshore wind farms. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a focus on quality assurance, cost control, and time management.

The role involves planning and scheduling construction activities, managing site project teams, and ensuring that all works are delivered to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of leading and delegating tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets
  • Manage and motivate site project teams to ensure effective delivery of civil packages
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
  • At least 7 years' experience in project management, with a focus on civil packages
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and delegate tasks effectively
