Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our onshore wind projects. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of project management principles and experience in delivering large-scale civil construction projects.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a similar field, with 7-20+ years of management experience in the industry. They will also have a proven track record of successfully managing site project teams, quality assurance, cost and time management, and resolving site issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule construction activities
• Manage site project teams
• Ensure quality assurance, cost and time management
• Resolve site issues in a timely manner
• Liaise with key clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate internal and external resources
• Recruit and mentor teams

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
• 7-20+ years' management experience in the industry
• Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
• Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations
• High level of organisation and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
