Civil Construction Manager - Onshore Wind Projects

Job Summary:

This position involves leading and managing civil construction projects for onshore wind farm developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Team Management: Manage site project teams in construction delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cost and Time Management: Implement effective cost control measures and manage project timelines.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve site issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
  • Experience: 7-20+ years' management experience on civil packages.
  • Qualifications: Project management qualifications advantageous.
  • Skills: Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach. Effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations.
